Add your tracker to LiveGTS
Add your tracker to LiveGTS, support real-time tracking, geofence and speed alarm.
1. You need to provide GPRS protocol to us.
2. After our engineers confirm it can be added to LiveGTS, you need to pay additional cost to us.
3. We need about 3 working days to add other tracker's support to LiveGTS.
4. Set your tracker to report to our test server.
5. After test ok, we will provide a new LiveGTS package with your tracker support.
Now our LiveGTS software just supports our current GPS trackers, if you want it to support other supplier’s tracker, you need give us GPRS protocol document of other tracker to us, our engineer will check if possible to be added into our software, if yes, the additional programming fee as shown in LiveGTS quotation list is needed. This programming time is about 3 working days after receiving payment. In this period, we will also need your kind cooperation to make your device report data to our test server for testing, if testing is ok, we can provide a new LiveGTS installation package with your tracker support to you.
