How to use the GPS tracker, it is very easy, just 4 steps.
Step 1 Charging the battery
Before you use the tracker, you must FULLY charge the battery at least 3 hours under the power-off condition. If it is short of power, it can't work or can't get better GPS signals.
If it is J030G or PT300, please make sure the tracker connect to car correctly.
Step 2 Insertting SIM card to tracker
Insert SIM card to tracker, please make sure that your SIM card support SMS function and have enough deposit.
Step 3 Getting the Position SMS
Dial the tracker telephone number by your mobile phone. After listening the ring of tracker for several seconds, the phone will be hanged off automatically. Then, after about 20 seconds, your mobile phone will receive the Position SMS. Position Data from SMS in your mobile phone:
Latitude = 51 29.5356 N
Longitude = 0 07.3159 W
Some useful tips
For getting better GPS signals, please test it in the open air. In general, any GPS receiver performs best in open space where it can see clear sky. Also weather will affect GPS reception. If you receive the message which the latitude and longitude are both blank or the date is old, please don't worry, just change your position and walk to the open air to get better signals.
Step 4 Displaying location on map
Start Google Earth
Input the latitude and longitude as following, and click on the search button.
Now you can find the exact position of the tracker.
